It’s a constant truth, in drawing and animating for Pell Mell, that we end up creating some unusual situations which are, to say the least, awkward to draw. Today’s comic falls into that category. We are prone to exaggerating a situation or allowing them to play out in Pell Mell as they would in our heads as we discuss what would be a funnier direction for reality to take. And while I wish I could say the situation in today’s comic is one of these exaggerations or is taken out of context, unfortunately, its exactly what it sounds like. That is to say, today’s comic happened in real life exactly as it’s written and here. With the minor exception of the Rock Band Guitar. I have no idea what game lead to Mada laughing into Klim’s genitals, and quite frankly I’m glad I wasn’t in the room. But I did end up having to draw the scene, so I guess either way I lose in the end. Click the comic orb in the banner at the top to view today’s comic.
I’ve been putting off switching the layout back for a bit because I was hoping to have a new banner done by now, however it is taking more time than I thought, so we’re back to Pell Mell Classic White for the time being. Also don’t forget you can add Pell Mell to your RSS reader, client, whatever you use by bookmarking this link.
I may do a Pell Mell tech tutorial on adding a cool ticker tape RSS feed to your Firefox if that’s the browser you use. It’s pretty convenient if you watch a lot of sites. That will come later though.
For now enjoy the new comic,
