Not Dead

not-dead

Its been a long time since we’ve posted any content on our site, and I’m aware that many people probably aren’t watching us anymore. The normal dynamic of Klim and I has changed pretty dramatically. Not the way we behave (or misbehave) around each other but rather the times when we get to interact. We’re now living several hundred miles away from each other each with different schedules and lives now.

We are both working on content a couple videos on Klims part and I’ve written and done the preliminary sketches for a few comics but when the content will be available is currently unknown. How and if the animated blogs will return is also very hard to say. We have a few ideas we’re toying with on how we can interact with each other but the logistics of scheduling time to not only work together but even work separately on our own projects is a challenge. We do not intend to stop working on Pell Mell; we are just undergoing a transitional phase trying to figure out how and in what direction Pell Mell should continue. As with any project there are many limiting factors such as time, finance, and various other liferies that make things difficult. But we are working on sorting these out and hope to return better than ever.

I appreciate everyone’s patience and hope that when we return you’ll join us on our new adventures and enjoy whatever direction this change will inevitably bring about.

A Pell Mell Christmas

December 25th, 2009

Twas the night before Christmas, when all through the house

only Klim was stirring, clicking away with his mouse.

The characters were moved into place with great care,

in hopes that on Pell Mell a new animation soon would be there.

Klim moved the characters with detailed gesticulation,

while syncing very carefully to the character’s articulation.

Well into the early morning Christmas he did toil,

Not even stopping to pee, so his pants he did soil.

But when Nets appeared over his shoulder to lurk,

Klim had completed his long, time consuming work.

And the family and friends of Pell Mell were invited,

to enjoy the newest video. We hope you’re delighted.

Merry Christmas from Pell Mell Productions!
